This opportunity has been made possible through the generosity of the 'Pennsylvania Council on the Arts' and 'Community Partnerships (RC&D), Inc' by awarding a grant to Anthracite Creative Works and through private donors. We appreciate their support in serving our community through the arts.

How to Apply
How to Apply
Anyone who feels their family cannot afford the full registration fee can apply for a scholarship. $100 in scholarship funds will be awarded to a student(s) for Summer Camp for the 2024 year. After the application window closes, recipients will be selected by a random drawing from amongst all applicants.
The application window closes two weeks before the first session starts. All applicants will be notified of their status via email.

Scholarship Policies
Scholarship Policies
- Once a scholarship application is received, it locks your child’s place in the upcoming camp session until the scholarship recipients are chosen.
- Those who apply and are not selected for scholarship can still maintain their enrollment for the upcoming session by declaring their intent to pay the registration fee by the registration deadline. If not, the spot will open up for the general public until the registration deadline is met.
- Students selected for scholarship can re-apply only in a non-consecutive session. Students who were not selected can reapply for the following session when registration opens up.
